This view of Horse Barn Hill on the Uconn campus shows the simple beauty of the winter landscape with the fence leading off to the trees in the distance, set off by the distant hill, partially barren of snow.....the hill is geologically known as a drumlin, left by the receding ice of a glacier. For me, Knowing the geological uniqueness of this setting only adds to the beauty of this scene...
