As I walked this trail, a large rocky outcropping had numerous ice flows built up and hanging from the rock, with the sun on this winter morning catching some of it just right, making the ice translucent. While the light contrast is what first caught my attention, upon closer look, the crystalline structure of the ice is also apparent, causing me to marvel at the beauty within the structure of creation...
